Refunds, Deposits & Rescheduling

## Scope of this policy These terms apply to professional fees and deposits for financial auditing and related assurance engagements described on this site. They do not cover products, software subscriptions, or physical goods — we do not sell those. ## Refund eligibility Planning deposits are refundable in full if you cancel in writing before we begin planning procedures and before confirmation letters are prepared. Once planning fieldwork or confirmation mailing has started, deposits become partially refundable as described below. ## Timeframe to request a refund Send refund or cancellation requests to hello@logicsofthub.digital within fourteen days of deciding to cancel, and no later than the original report issuance date stated in your engagement letter. ## Full refund conditions A full refund of amounts paid applies when: - We decline or withdraw from the engagement for independence reasons before fieldwork begins - You cancel in writing before planning procedures commence - We fail to commence agreed planning within a timeframe we caused, and you choose to cancel as a result ## Partial refund conditions If you cancel after planning has begun but before year-end fieldwork: - We retain a fair portion of the fee for planning hours already incurred (typically 30–50% of the planning deposit) - The remainder of the deposit is returned If year-end fieldwork has started, fees for hours worked and disbursements (travel, confirmation postage) are non-refundable; unused portions of advance payments may be returned after a final time summary. ## Non-refundable items - Hours already worked and documented in the engagement file - Travel costs booked for inventory observation with your prior approval - Third-party confirmation postage and bank fees already incurred - Agreed-upon procedures completed and reported ## Refund process & timing Email hello@logicsofthub.digital with your engagement reference and reason. We confirm the calculation within ten business days and process approved refunds within twenty-one business days to the original payment method where possible. ## Cancellation & rescheduling You may request to reschedule inventory observation or fieldwork windows. Moves made more than fourteen days before the locked date are usually accommodated without fee. Moves inside fourteen days may incur a rescheduling charge reflecting staff reallocation, disclosed before confirmation. ## Deposits A planning deposit (commonly 30% of the estimated fee) is due on engagement acceptance. The balance is invoiced at report issuance or per the staged schedule in your letter. ## No-shows If client personnel essential to fieldwork (for example, warehouse count leads) are unavailable without notice on an agreed observation day, we may charge for the wasted visit and rebook at the next available date. ## Work already started Audit evidence gathered remains part of our working papers.
