Fees
How we price financial auditing work
Fees reflect entity count, inventory sites, and consolidation complexity. The figures below are guidance only — every engagement receives a written estimate before acceptance. No payments are taken on this site.
| Engagement | Typical basis | Indicative range |
|---|---|---|
| Statutory financial statement audit | Quote after scoping — single entity vs group | ¥1.8M – ¥6.5M |
| Interim review engagement | Half-year limited assurance | From ¥780,000 |
| Internal control assessment | Selected cycles (AP, payroll, inventory) | From ¥920,000 |
| Agreed-upon procedures | Per agreed procedure set | Quoted per letter |
What moves a quote up or down
- Number of legal entities and foreign subsidiaries in the consolidation
- Inventory locations requiring physical observation
- First-year audits (opening balance work) versus recurring engagements
- Quality of draft statements and schedule readiness at fieldwork start
- Travel to sites outside Wakayama Prefecture
Deposits and billing
Accepted engagements usually begin with a planning deposit of 30% of the estimated fee. The balance is invoiced at report issuance, or in stages for multi-month fieldwork. Rescheduling and cancellation terms are described on our refunds page.

Bookkeeping, tax return preparation, and management consulting sit outside audit independence. If you need those services, we can point you to separate providers rather than blur the line ourselves.
